Rishi Sunak has urged for “calm heads to prevail“ after Israel reportedly launched a limited airstrike in Iran. Answering questions after a speech on tackling long-term sickness, the prime minister said his government was assessing the situation. In the early hours of Friday 19 April, Israel launched a limited retaliatory strike against an Iranian facility close to the city of Isfahan.
