Hraï, Oko and Tour come across extraterrestrials in search of oil to repair their saucer so they can return home. Together, they cross Europe, find themselves defending Bulgaria invaded by enemies, discover an aqueduct in Italy and narrowly escape the Inquisition in Spain.
