A Western official in an interview with PBS News said that “the first announcement of this will be made when the first rocket lands on the territory of Russia.“ President Biden also added that he does not accept Putin’s version that using Storm Shadow to bomb targets in Russia would be tantamount to starting a NATO war with Moscow, furthermore he said when asked by the Western media : “ I don’t think much of Vladimir Putin“.
