Gennary Korganov - Miniatures,

Here is the whole set of 7 pieces, among which is the “Petite Valse“ a rather known little composition. Indeed I got to know this set because of the Petite Valse being included in a collection, but as you know me, I thought to give the whole set a try :) And it was worth it! The difficulty increases steadily throughtout this set (so click through it you want more exciting stuff than the first pieces), the last couple pieces are quite demanding, but not at a virtuosity level. I especially like the Intermezzo here. 0:00 Souvenir 2:47 Petite Valse 4:14 Reproche 6:50 Intermezzo 8:56 Scherzino 11:23 Impromptu 13:00 Humoreske The pieces are published 1884 or before, the score is here %(Korganov%2C_Genary) Karganov (1858-1890) was a russian composer of armenian heritage.
