A Sketchy Collapsed Tunnel and Flooded Winzes - 125-year-old Abandoned Silver mine.

Join us as we take you along exploring a remote historic abandoned silver and gold mine that consists of three adits. This abandoned mine is located in one of Western Washingtons most historic mining districts. Prospecting began in the district while the Great Northern Railroad was under construction in 1892. This mine was worked intermittently from 1899 to the 1940’s. Watch as we investigate flooded winzes and navigate collapsed tunnels. THE MAJORITY OF THE MINE NAMES ARE WITHHELD OR ALTERED IN OUR VIDEOS TO PROTECT HISTORIC ARTIFACTS AND PREVENT THE SITE FROM BECOMING A NUISANCE SITE. IN SOME CASES, WE HAVE BEEN GRANTED PRIVATE PROPERTY PERMISSION AND WE HAVE BEEN ASKED NOT TO DISCLOSE LOCATIONS.
