“Edelweiss“ (Rodgers & Hammerstein) from The Sound of Music - A CHOIRANTINE Tribute

To honor the memory of Christopher Plummer, who played Captain Georg von Trapp in The Sound of Music, CHOIRANTINE held a session on 12 February 2021 to learn Rodgers & Hammerstein's “Edelweiss“ - a song performed twice by Captain Von Trapp in significant moments of the movie: when he rediscovered music with his children and when he bid his homeland goodbye. “Choirantine is a virtual choir set up by Tim Burns, a professional choral director and musician.
