But after realizing that many many people not only enjoy short triggers but that those videos are the most effective for them, I’ve decided to continue to explore in the same direction. This video is similar to my ASMR for people with ADHD brain but I tried to pay attention to each sound so that I don’t make them last longer than 8 seconds. You might be wondering why 8 seconds? That’s because I had read a while ago that people’s attention span on YT was about 8 seconds. As you might know, I also enjoy making videos with 100 triggers in 10 minutes or less. For those videos, each sound lasts generally about 6 seconds. But there is a difference between my fast-paced edit for those videos and the longer version I’ve been making recently. Here, between each trigger, you can take the time to breath or maybe think about something. But I don’t give you too much time so that you don’t think too much. If we think too much, we can’t sleep or relax. I like those fast-paced videos too but I think that without any break between each sound, it can be someone difficult to listen to the whole thing. That said, I’m thinking about making a new 100 triggers in 10 minutes video soon. Anyway, this video is for everyone who might need it. Maybe you can’t concentrate on one sound. Maybe you need this kind of video to fall asleep, to concentrate on something, to study or to stop thinking. I hope this video finds you well, just as a letter from old friend that warms your heart and makes you forget about your worries, for the time you are reading that letter. This video contains whispering and triggers like tapping, mouth sounds, water sounds, mic scratching and more.
