Durock (JWK) Silent Linear Switch | In-Depth Review

As I've been using these switches more and more, I'm really liking them. They're super smooth and super quiet. A really good choice if you are looking to do a silent build and they're pretty affordable too. Switches were lubed with Krytox 205G0 and filmed with some polycarbonate films from Kebo. I got my switches here: Specs Case: TOFU60 - Aluminum, e-white color PCB: DZ60 RGB (Hotswap) Plate: Brass Stabilizers: Durock screw-in Caps: DSA Honeywell *Also added foam to back of PCB Need some tools to mod your own board? 4 prong pickup tool: Needletip tweezers: Brushes: 1/8“ neoprene foam: Hobby knife kit (includes knife, ruler, cutting pad, replacement blades): Multiple bit screwdriver set: Double sided tape: Clear ruler: Switch puller: Dielectric grease: Brushes: Screwdriver set (they don't sell mine anymore): Flushcut clippers: Deskpad: Durock Stabilizers: Camera Equipment Canon EOS Rebel SL3: Camera battery pack (for unlimited recording time): El Gato CamLink 4K: MeFOTO tripod: Camera overhead tripod mount: Camera ballhead: Audio Equipment Blue Yeti microphone: Foam microphone cover (works as pop filter): Microphone stand arm: Blue Yeti compatible shock mount: Lighting Equipment LED floor lamp + side lamp: LED ring light: 0:00 - Intro 0:45 - Switch Composition 1:31 - How they make them silent 3:01 - Typing Test (Stock) 5:09 - Stock Up Close 5:33 - Lubed Up Close 5:59 - Lubed & Filmed Up Close 6:24 - Silk Yellow Up Close 6:49 - Drop Holy Panda V2 Up Close 7:18 - Durock Silent Linear vs. Silk Yellow vs. Holy Panda 7:55 - Typing Test (Lubed & Filmed) 9:00 - Final Thoughts Music by Gil Wanders - Heaven - Music by P3T0N - Mine - #Durock #SilentSwitches #JWK
