Harvey Weinstein’s 2020 rape conviction overturned by New York appeals court

Harvey Weinstein's 2020 rape conviction has been overturned by New York's highest court. The ex-media mogul was found to have been prejudiced in the initial trial after the prosecution and judge allowed the court to hear allegations not connected to the case. During a potential retrial, the 72-year-old will remain in prison over a separate rape conviction.
