Prestige Empyrean is a new skin for K'Sante. This new LOL skin features a brand new set of visual effects for K'Sante, as well as a total makeover of his looks. The prestige version of Empyrean K'Sante was co-designed by Lil Nas X in 2022. While the skin itself is amazing, the name is misleading. This LOL skin has little to do with the Empyrean universe.
