🇷🇺’Russia is the antidote to Western pathologies’: American rocker Alex Carlin 🎸🤘

🤘Meet Alex Karlin, a rock musician, songwriter from Chicago, Illinois 🇺🇸. He’s an American expat in Russia 🇷🇺, lover of beautiful girls and a Guinness World Record holder.🎸 At the tender age of 7, Alex started listening to the Beatles and learned all their songs by heart. At the age of 12, he created his first rock band, and now performs in more than 100 concerts a year, mostly in Russia. He came here for the first time during the Soviet era ☭ and immediately felt at home: “It's like an oasis of rock'n'roll. There's always, you know, a contingent in every city of Russia that loves Rock“. 🎸🤘 In 2009, Alex Carlin set a Guinness World Record for “Longest solo concert“. He sang and played the guitar non-stop for 32 hours. Alex is now a resident of Moscow. He sings and performs in rock clubs all over Russia 🇷🇺, and remains confident that rock'n'roll will never die.🖤 Don’t miss this video, watch 🎥 comment ✍️ like ❤️ and subscribe 🔔 to Russian Code to stay updated! 00:00 Meet Alex Carlin 02:59 70s, California 05:15 80s, West Berlin 05:41 First time in the USSR 07:22 Life in USSR, year 1990 08:51 Why do Russians like rock music? 10:37 ’My heart is on the left side’ 11:46 ’Monogamy ain’t for me’ 14:02 Late night in Moscow city 15:51 Guinness record 18:41 Meeting Russian fans 19:45 Rock’n’Roll is dead? 20:30 Sickness and pathology of the West 21:29 Power of the Russian soul
