Cheese Onion Rolls Each piece weighs 70g. Ingredients: 4 whole eggs 100ml fresh milk 10g instant yeast 430g bread flour 30g sugar 5g salt 80g unsalted butter Dough Method: Mix 4 eggs and 100ml milk, then add 10g instant yeast. Mix well in a separate bowl. Combine 430g flour, 30g sugar, and 5g salt. Mix well, then add to the egg and milk mixture. Knead the dough for 8 minutes. Add 80g butter and knead the dough for an additional 4 minutes. Rest the dough for 60 minutes. Separate the dough into 70g pieces and form into balls. Rest the dough for 15 minutes before making the cheese onion rolls. Stuffing: 160g chopped green onion 150g cream cheese 1 egg Mix all the stuffing ingredients well. Assembling: After resting, stuff each dough ball with the cheese and onion mixture. Spray with water and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Let the rolls rest for another 60 minutes. Then, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Baking: Preheat the oven to 190°C.
