My Salvation Philippians 2:12 Do Everything Without Grumbling Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, We see the Apostle Paul encouraging the Saints at Philippi much as the spirit of God is encouraging you and I today to work out our salvation with fear and trembling. One of the things that is very important for you and I to remember in this journey is that we have not yet arrived in the presence of God. we are still working on it we are still working it out. One of the kings in the Old Testament instructed another king with a much larger and formidable army who took for granted that he would defeat Israel. Israel's King shared words of wisdom that prove true he said that one who puts on his armor should not boast as one who takes his off in other words you have not won the war yet. we must remember that we have not entered into the presence of God yet so let us
