REFORM UK: Why The BBC Should NOT Have Apologised

The BBC this week crumpled like a wet cardboard box and apologised for referring to the Reform UK Party Limited as “far right” in a news report, prompting this reaction from self styled man of the people and Reform’s privately educated multi-millionaire director Richard James Sunley Tice: “There are very significant implications of calling a political party, and by implication, its leader and senior leadership team far right. It is that which is defamatory and libellous. That is why they have apologised immediately.” There’s a lot to unpick in this bizarre and misleading statement, quite aside from the question of whether or not Reform UK is indeed a far right party. We appreciate all of you who share our videos with friends and social media to get the word out there. Together, let's bring this extreme right wing government to an end. Unlike those weird new right wing TV news channels and ultra right wing “think tanks“ that are always on the telly, Truth To Power receives no hidden funding. Or any funding, come to that, except YouTube partner programme advertising revenue, and YouTube $uperthanks donations from viewers. As well as sharing the videos on social media and with your friends, hitting the Like button and subscribing to the channel is also really helpful, as it tells YouTube to offer our videos to a wider audience.
