Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty DLC is a new spy-thriller adventure starring Keanu Reeves and Idris Elba. IGN’s Stella Chung spoke to game director Gabriel Amatangelo to discuss some exciting details about the upcoming expansion, including a quick look at the new zone called Dogtown, how vehicle combat works, new abilities and cyberware, and more. Amatangelo also confirmed that this is the last big expansion we’ll see before a Cyberpunk 2077 sequel and outlined some of the big changes in the 2.0 update such as the new police system, skill trees, Netrunner NPC changes, and other improvements.
