The Bulang Ethnic Group Tea Farmers Keep Time-honored World Heritage Tradition Alive

Amid the sea of clouds stand acforest of millennium-old tea trees, About 1,300 years ago, the ancestors of the bulang ethnic group discovered primitive olf tea trees in the area of Jingmai Mountain, and then settled there, becoming one of the earliest tea- growing ethnic groups. Today, Jingmai Mountain is known as a natural museum of Pu'er tea and is the only olf tea mountain on earth listed as a world cultural heritage.
