🏋🏽‍♀️ 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐊𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭 🔥 Swings. 20 reps 🔥 Bent Over Rows. 5 reps, then hold for a count of 5. Then another 5 reps, and hold for a count of 5. Repeat for the other arm. 🔥 Squat and Press. 15-20 reps 🔥 Around the World Push Ups. Complete as many reps until your form falls apart. All of this is one set. Rest about 1.5 minutes between sets.
