The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) on Friday held meeting since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict to discuss the alleged presence of military biological laboratories in Ukraine. Nebenzya posed a question asking why the U.S. was collecting pathogens from Ukrainian rivers, he also accused U.S. scientists of conducting secret human experiments and exporting pathogens and serum samples.
