Did you know that the main cp knew each other for 10 years in real life before the drama. There was also a 7 year age gap in between them just like in the drama. They are literally the real Wei qian and Xiao yuan. Please do give it a watch it's so good. Also no they are not real brothers, no relations at all. As life gradually falls into place, Yuan admits that he likes Wei Qian and forcibly kisses him. Overwhelmed with anger, Wei Qian sends Yuan abroad. Yet, Wei Qian feels as if something is missing.
