KB Rows x 6/side ▶️ H2H Swings x 6/side ▶️ Clean/Squat/Rotational Press x 6/side ▶️ Clean to Reverse Lunge x 6/side ▶️ Single Arm Snatches x 6/side Rest up to 2 mins and repeat for 4-6 rounds.
