Note 1: To prevent tahchin from sticking to the pot, simply heat the pot with good hot oil, then pour the tahchin ingredients into it. Note 2: To avoid the rice becoming too mushy, drain it while it is still somewhat raw during the straining process. 🔴Ingredients for five servings: 4 Cups Rice 700 gr Meat 3 Medium Eggplants 2 Medium Onions 1 Cup Yogurt Half a Cup of Oil 4 Eggs 5 Tablespoons Brewed Saffron Desired amount of Barberries and Chopped Pistachios Salt, Black Pepper Powder, and Turmeric Powder as needed
