Use SALT to paint beautiful watercolour Daisies, simple beginners watercolor flower floral tutorial

Today's demo is for semi-abstract Ox Eye Daisies, masking out the daisies first wish masking fluid and then using the wet in wet technique and salt to create a lovely background for the daisies, an unpredictable and very exciting method of painting loose flowers. Why not give it a try, and use any colours you like, I used Cotman prussian blue, raw sienna and burnt umber and Winsor & Newton perylene green. I used ordinary fine table salt, various brushes that I found online, but use any brushes you are comfortable with. My board is at an angle of about 45 degrees tilt. My paper is 100% cotton Saunders Waterford, cold pressed, 11“ x 15“/28cm x 38cm. Thanks for watching, and happy painting!
