LOGANDRAN BALAVIJENDRAN is a former Asian champion and best speaker. He was a member of the first Asian team to reach the Grand finals of the AustralAsian debating championships, back in 2004. He been the adjudicator core of major debate tournaments on every continent, including twice Chief Adjudicator of World Universities Debating Championship (WUDC Malaysia 2005, WUDC Botswana 2011), and conducted debate training in, maybe, 30 countries. He honed his trade back when all motions assumed you would assume reasonable things and info slides were things you made and put into your case files months before the tournament. He now lives and works in Seoul South Korea, where he develops and promotes critical thinking curriculum, methodology and lifestyle. You don’t make the debate, the debate make you!
