double club

Spent a few hours working components and regressions of the double club video from yesterday - after I posted it. First, I worked up the lateral swing component with Kettlebells so I could feel a heavier load. (Turned it into a clean vs just a lateral swing) Then built up with light clubs: Lateral Swing Swing > pull-to Order / Ready Swing > Order > Shoulder Flexion Then (the hardest part for me) going from Order > into flexion > Rotating > extending back to Order (Last video segment). The last step would be putting all the components together, but grip, my ability to improve and my focus faded. Excited to continue to refine this! Note: I am terrible with remembering all the given names for movements of specific system and often revert to calling things what makes sense to me or use mix names from different systems.
