Rotational swings

Rotational swings are the 💣💣💣! I love using these. The key is to use a weight that you are in control of! Rotational movements are super important to reinforce in your training. In developmental order of importance they are the third movement quality you develop. (Well top 3, can argue that 2-4 happen somewhat simultaneously) The order goes as such: 1. Breath, 2. Global flexion, 3. Rolling (rotation) 4. Global extension, 5. Crawling (on all fours scooting, crawling, etc.) 6. squatting, 7. Standing, 8. Walking, 9. Jogging, 10. Running etc......
