RECIPE of COMAN MELNA MARI cereal pancakes:

4. In the morning, refresh the dough: add milk and flour (you can use special flour for pancakes), 1 tbsp. of potato starch, 2 eggs, salt to taste. Knead the dough until the consistency of sour cream. Leave on for 30 minutes.
5. Add 4-5 eggs, milk, ghee to millet porridge, mix thoroughly.
6. Bake pancakes in the oven or in the stove until half cooked, then put the porridge on the top and bake for a few minutes more.
7. Serve with ghee.
