Clacton, Essex. Several shots of people preparing floats for a carnival at Butlin's Holiday Camp; beauty queens in swimsuits and bikinis are helped aboard a float; adults and children in fancy dress take their places on their floats; most are dressed as Mexicans and saloon girls. Various shots of the procession travelling through the holiday camp and into the town.
