Full title reads: “Trinity College ceremony. President Cosgrave and Mr. Monroe, Prime Minister of Newfoundland, receive Honorary Degrees of .“ Dublin, Eire (Southern Ireland, Republic of Ireland). M/S of procession of undergraduates in mortarboards and gowns entering college buildings. They are followed by professors and other dignitaries in ceremonial cloaks. M/S of procession of professors coming out of buildings, following a man with cocked hat and carrying a mace. At the end of the procession are William T.
