Chepstow, Gwent. M/S of Lady Macaly (Maclay) swinging a bottle of champagne attached to a rope against the hull of The War Glory. The bottle fails to break and swings back into the crowd of officials standing on the launch platform, a man with whiskers catches it to prevent it hitting her ladyship. Panning shot follows the hull as it slides into the water. L/S of the ship sliding down the enormous ramp into the water of the River Wye.
