MIDWEST ANGELICA 001 It is believed that the tape was created from some time between April and July of 1999. However, the tape depicts footage originating as early back as 1985. It is thought that the tape was used internally at HOME and NASA for assessment of the circumstances surrounding AZ-001. The tape was discovered within the Grand Forks Technical College rubble.
