New line for the production of dry building mixtures in Libya: a unique filling process

We welcome our subscribers! We are pleased to share great news - the installation and commissioning of a modern line for the production of dry building mixtures with a capacity of 10-15 t / h in Libya has been successfully completed. One of the key elements in the operation of this unique line is our pneumatic bagger. It is designed for packing loose, powdery and granular materials such as dry building mixes, cement, sand, lime, slag and many others. The principle of operation of a pneumatic packer is very simple and understandable for everyone. The material prepared for filling is loaded into the loading station, from where the material enters the chamber of the pneumatic blower through the inlet. Further, at the signal of the level sensor built into the chamber of the pneumosupercharger, the damper closes and compressed air is supplied to the chamber, forming an air mixture, which is directed through the open pneumodispenser and the loading nozzle into the bag. The increase in the weight of each bag is achieved by continuously weighing the product along with the bag. After reaching the required weight, the dosing pneumatic valve closes, preventing the material from moving further into the bag. Then the pressure pneumatic cylinder is activated, the bag valve is released, and the pneumatic cylinder of the reset mechanism lowers the tray with the filled bag down. The bag is lifted under its own weight and dumped onto a conveyor belt, from where the material is sent to the finished product warehouse. Our pneumatic packer will allow you to significantly reduce the time spent on packaging and improve product quality. It is the ideal choice for achieving high precision in dosing and filling of bulk materials.
