The film features the Cole Brothers Circus in prime form with big cat trainer Clyde Beatty headlining. At 0:20 the film starts with images of the circus train being unloaded. At 1:00, it shows the elephants and horses being unloaded from the circus train and at 1:37 the circus wagons on parade. At 1:50 the narrator talks about the process of erecting the big top tent. At 2:25 it shows workers lay out the massive canvas pieces for the tent and use elephants to help construct the temporary building. At 3:23 you can see the finished circus tent.
