Get the full class In this video coach Ryan Baily shares some of his quintessential high jump drills for getting athletes comfortable rotating over the bar and building spatial awareness. The jog-in two-footed Back-Over is one of the most effective drills for beginning high jumpers to experience the sensations of clearing a bar.
